About Us

Built by Family, Run by Legends

Saloon #10 isn’t just a business—it’s family through and through. Passed down from Lew and Marion Keehn, it’s now run by their kids, grandkids, and even great-grandkids. Seven family members are in the thick of it every day, keeping the whiskey flowing and the doors swinging. Raised on hard work, community, and a good time, they make sure the 10 stays the same wild, welcoming place it’s always been.

A Great Time for a Good Cause

At Saloon #10, we don’t just throw parties—we throw ‘em for a purpose. Giving back is part of who we are, and every year, we rally the town for three big fundraisers: Empty Bowls, Puppies Healing Heroes Poker Run, and St. Panties Day—each one supporting local causes that matter. And if you’re looking for a way to do good while having a good time, join us every Monday night for Sexy Bingo, where all proceeds go toward the fight against cancer – in our own backyard. Drinking, gambling, and raising money for a cause? Now that’s the Wild West way.

Empty Bowls

Every year, Saloon #10 teams up with the Lead-Deadwood Arts Council for Empty Bowls, a community effort to fight hunger in the Black Hills. Local artists and students from Lead-Deadwood High School, Spearfish High School, and Black Hills State University donate handcrafted pottery bowls, and the Deadwood Social Club fills ‘em up with hot, homemade soup. You buy a bowl, enjoy a meal, and every dollar raised goes straight to local food banks like The Lord’s Cupboard in Spearfish and Lead. Good food, good cause—damn right we’re in.

Puppies Healing Heroes

At Saloon #10, we take care of our own—including the veterans who’ve given it all. Every year, we hit the road for the Puppies Healing Heroes Poker Run, raising money to pair service dogs with vets battling PTSD and trauma. Riders cruise through the Black Hills, making stops, playing their hands, and backing a dang good cause. Every dollar raised goes straight to Sacred Mountain Retreat Center, helping give these heroes the support they deserve—four legs at a time.

St. Panties Day

Drop your drawers for a good cause! Saloon #10 turns St. Patrick’s Day into St. Panties Day, a wild and rowdy lingerie show that raises money to fight cancer. Held during Deadwood’s St. Paddy’s celebrations, this ain’t your average charity event—it’s a high-energy night of entertainment with a purpose. Every dollar raised goes straight to cancer research and support programs, keeping the fight local and the party legendary. So grab a drink, cheer loud, and let’s make a difference—one lacy donation at a time.
