Crafted by Master Distiller Eddie Russell in collaboration with Appleton Estate's Dr. Joy Spence, this expression marries the characteristics of both bourbon and rum. The rum casks enhance the bourbon's inherent sweetness and oakiness, resulting in a uniquely tropical and flavorful whiskey.
